1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TPL by SORVYRA ("TPL" or "the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use License

TPL grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service and purchased digital products for your personal trading-analysis workflow. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person

3. Disclaimer

TPL by SORVYRA is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SORVYRA Commerce disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Trading Disclaimer

TPL is a tool for tracking, analyzing, and researching trading performance. TPL and its Trade Ideas Desk do not provide financial advice, individualized recommendations, or profit guarantees. All content is educational and informational.

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss
• You are responsible for your own trading decisions
• You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose
• Always conduct your own research and consult a financial advisor

5. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SORVYRA Commerce and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use TPL. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.

6. Accuracy of Materials

TPL may contain technical, typographical, data-provider, or presentation errors. We may correct or update the Service at any time. Trading records and analytics should be checked against your broker or trading platform before you rely on them.

7. Third-Party Materials

TPL has not reviewed every third-party site or service linked from the Service and is not responsible for external content or availability. A link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

8. Modifications

SORVYRA Commerce may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.

10. User Accounts

If you create a TPL account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

11. Payment Terms

Plus, Pro, Elite, and Premium are monthly subscriptions priced and charged in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Flutterwave processes payments through its hosted checkout; TPL does not store complete card details. The limits and features displayed at checkout form part of your purchase.

12. Payment Security

Payment-card information is entered directly into Flutterwave's PCI DSS-compliant hosted payment environment. TPL does not collect, transmit, or store complete card numbers, CVVs, PINs, or one-time authentication codes. TPL verifies completed transactions with Flutterwave before granting paid access. 13. Refund Policy

You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Except where required by applicable law, completed subscription periods are not automatically refundable. Digital marketplace products are generally final once download or access has been delivered. We will review duplicate charges, inaccessible or defective products, and other exceptional cases fairly.
